At BlouseLine.com, we deliver our readymade designer blouses across India and to most international destinations. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Shipping Coverage
India: We ship to all states and union territories across India.
International: We ship to most countries worldwide, including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, Germany, France, and other supported destinations.
Excluded Countries: We do NOT ship to countries where India has trade restrictions or where Indian courier services do not operate, including (but not limited to): Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and other restricted regions.
If you are unsure whether your country is serviceable, please contact us before placing your order.
2) Order Processing & Dispatch (Handling Time)
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (IST)
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day where possible.
- Handling time: 0â1 business day
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
3) Payment Mode â Prepaid Only
Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.
All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets, Bank Transfer).
This policy applies to both domestic (India) and international orders.
4) Delivery Timeline
Domestic Orders (India)
- Shipping charge:Â FREE (no extra delivery cost)
- Estimated delivery time: 4â5 working days (after dispatch)
International Orders (Outside India)
- Estimated delivery time: 10â15 working days (after dispatch)
- Shipping charge:Â Extra charges apply (NOT included in product price shown on the website)
- International shipping cost will be calculated separately based on:
- Destination country
- Order weight and dimensions
- Courier service selected
- Shipping cost will be shared via WhatsApp before order confirmation.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote pin codes, courier delays, weather, strikes, customs clearance, or during high-sale periods.
5) Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp only.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.
- For tracking updates or any delivery query, contact us directly on the numbers below.
6) Address & Contact Details
- Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address, mobile number, and pin code (or postal code for international).
- For international orders, please provide a valid contact number with country code.
- If you need to change the address, contact us immediately after ordering â changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
7) Delivery Attempts / Return to Origin (RTO)
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2â3 times. If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Wrong contact details provided
âŠthen re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer before re-dispatch.
For international RTO cases, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the re-shipping cost.
8)Â No Open Delivery (Strict Policy)
We do NOT offer open delivery under any circumstances.
Since ethnic wear items (blouses) are delicate, opening the parcel during delivery can cause:
- Tearing or damage to fabric, embroidery, or stitching
- Loss of product packaging integrity
- Parcels being returned in unacceptable condition (RTO)
For this reason, open delivery is strictly not possible. Customers must accept the sealed package and record a mandatory unboxing video for any exchange claim (as per our Return Policy).
9) Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged package or wrong product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the mandatory unboxing video (continuous and unedited)
- Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the complete process
Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
