Return & Exchange Policy – Blouseline
At Blouseline, we maintain the highest standards of quality. Every blouse is carefully inspected by our quality team before being packed and shipped. Still, if you face any issue after receiving your order, Blouseline takes full responsibility and will provide you with the right solution.
1. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
If a defect is verified by our team, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be initiated only after quality check at our facility confirms the defect.
Refund method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 2–5 working days after approval.
Note: Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchanges (Size Only)
We offer one-time size exchange per order.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability in the requested size.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.
Blouseline reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if the product fails quality checks.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not available. Only prepaid orders are accepted on our website.
4. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
For approved returns/exchanges, a return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund or charged additionally in case of exchange.
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product. Our support team will provide the return address and instructions.
