 NO RETURN | EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY (STRICT)

At BlouseLine.com, all purchases are governed by a strict no return policy. Exchange is permitted only under specific conditions mentioned below.


1. Final Sale

All products sold are non-returnable. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it is treated as a final sale. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


2. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or process refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size or fitting issues
  • Color variation or dislike
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product not matching outfit or expectations
  • Design, pattern, or style preferences
  • Minor variations due to lighting, screen display, or photography
  • Embroidery, handwork, or thread differences (handcrafted products may have natural variations)

3. Exchange Allowed — ONLY in These 2 Cases

Exchange will be processed ONLY if:

  • Defective Product: Product received has a manufacturing defect (torn fabric, broken zipper, faulty stitching, damaged in transit)
  • Wrong Product Delivered: Product received is different from the design/order placed by the customer

No other reason will be entertained for exchange.


4. MANDATORY Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is COMPULSORY for any exchange claim.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
  • Claims without unboxing video will be rejected immediately — no exceptions.
  • Video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Exchange Process & Timeline

  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
  • After receiving the unboxing video and defect/wrong product proof, our team will verify the claim within 24-48 hours.
  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
  • Exchange will be processed for the same product (same design, color, size) subject to availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be offered.

6. No Exceptions Policy

This policy is strictly enforced without exception. No claims, requests, or disputes outside the above 2 valid exchange conditions will be entertained.


7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct size
  • Reviewing all product details, images, and descriptions before purchase
  • Understanding product specifications, fabric, and design
  • Recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery

8. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to the same strict policy.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for every wholesale shipment.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No exchange on custom-designed or custom-stitched bulk orders.

9. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order on BlouseLine.com, the customer automatically agrees to this No Return & Exchange-Only Policy.
